Information you send us

GoingHome Reentry is a subsidiary (DBA) of MissionaryAgents, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We do not sell personal information. We use necessary service providers for website hosting, private storage, and email delivery.

Coalition applications

We privately save organization details, contact information, resource descriptions, referral instructions, listing permissions, membership decisions, and notification status. Only approved organizations appear in the directory, and only with the public information they permitted. Listing and logo permissions are optional. Members may opt out of occasional updates by email without ending membership.

Family documents

Submitting the family form sends participant name, TDCJ number, prison, sender details, identity confirmations, and chosen files to GoingHome. Files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and are available through the password-protected staff inbox. Email alerts contain a reference and private inbox link, not the submitted documents. Staff must verify participant details against program records before printing or distributing documents. The website does not verify prison records or guarantee delivery, enrollment, or parole approval.

Include only records needed for the packet. Avoid Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, and unrelated sensitive records. Keep your original files. Receipt confirms storage for review, not completion of printing or delivery.

Contact messages and email

Contact messages and reply details are saved privately. Our email service processes recipient addresses and message content to deliver receipts, staff alerts, responses, and membership notices. Sending status is recorded; provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery to an inbox. This service is not monitored for emergencies.

Retention, corrections, and removal

Submissions are retained for program administration and follow-up until GoingHome removes them. To request a correction, a copy, or removal, use our contact form and include your submission reference. Do not send replacement identity documents in a general inquiry. We may need to confirm your identity and applicable recordkeeping needs before responding.

Website security and external services

Forms use temporary session tokens and hashed connection identifiers to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the form database. The staff login uses a secure session cookie. Details entered in public forms are kept in browser memory until you leave; downloaded copies remain on your device until deleted. Use a private device and close the page when finished.

Cloudflare processes technical request information to operate and protect the site. Website fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical information such as your IP address. Linked organizations have their own privacy practices. We do not share participant documents with coalition members merely because they are members.
