OUR STORY
Hope takes people.
And a plan.
GoingHome Reentry prepares people in prison for release and connects returning citizens (people coming home after prison) with the resources and relationships to rebuild their lives in Texas.
ROOTED IN FAITH. BUILT FOR FOLLOW-THROUGH.
Beginning inside.
Continuing outside.
GoingHome was originally developed by Field Minister Brandon Authement. Today, it operates inside two Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) prisons, with Estelle serving as our main program location.
GoingHome Reentry is a program of MissionaryAgents, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Brandon Authement serves as president of MissionaryAgents.
The program is officially approved through TDCJ Chaplaincy Volunteer Services. With TDCJ’s blessing, GoingHome will continue expanding to other units.
