If offering a place to live, describe the arrangement and include the address and a way to reach the housing sponsor.
Employment
If offering a job, identify the employer, position, location, and wage if known.
Transportation
Name the rides you can realistically provide, such as transportation to work or appointments.
Church & community
Describe actual mentoring, fellowship, or practical support. Include relevant certificates when requested for the packet.
